New Rounds and some Changes Posted By: Lefty2k59 at 12:14pm Greetings fellow SFers! Before I give you the details for the upcoming rounds, you all need to know that we're going to be changing the tick speed on both Sol and Protheus. This change as of now is a temporary change, but it could be a permanent change, so stay tuned. Both servers are going to be slowed down. Sol is going to 15 minute ticks (was 5) and Protheus is moving to 1 hour ticks (was 30 minutes). This is an attempt to help balance the empires a little further into the rounds, so they don't become too one-sided too quickly. I will be looking for feedback from all of you as to how you think the tick speed changes have affected the rounds, positively or negatively. So let's get this going. New Rounds and a Reminder Posted By: Lefty2k59 at 14:49pm As I'm sure you're aware Protheus ended very early this past round. You may or may not heard that we had a significant number of players last round involved in "Account Sharing". Our recent changes to our "Multi-Detection Scanner" proved useful this past round. So finding the players involved should prove to be easier for the admins in future rounds. So I want to give everyone a reminder that you are not allowed to log in to anyone's account but your own, nor are you allowed to give anyone your login information for any reason. I'd ask everyone to please give another read to the rules so that we can have fun and fair rounds for everyone.
